Speeding Analysis Using Multiplexing Technology
The Thermo Scientific unique multiplexing technology is the most productive high performance solution available. These powerful systems are the only truly independent, parallel, multi-channel HPLC systems in the industry. With our multiplexed systems, up to four parallel systems are synchronized to a single MS. Each system operates independently, permitting multiple methods to run simultaneously. This critical feature helps avoid costly downtime associated with traditional single-channel LC systems whose detectors are idle more than 75 percent of the time. With the sophisticated TLX-4 System, your MS remains idle for less than four percent of the time, thereby generating the throughput of four traditional LC/MS systems while maximizing the productivity of one MS. The TLX-2 System offers the productivity of two separate LC systems.

Multiplexed System Design
Aria TLX and LX series HPLC systems are configured with TurboFlow and analytical columns, a CTC autosampler, pumps, a valve interface module, Aria control software, and all other necessary electronics and computer components. In addition, these systems are fully upgradeable to TurboFlow systems and are available in a variety of configurations to meet your laboratory's precise needs.
Simple Online Operation with Aria® Software
Automated online operation is made possible with the Aria system software, which controls the pump, valve, and autosampler operations, as well as the acquisition system interface to optimize productivity and performance. It manages all aspects of the process once the samples are loaded and will allow as many as four sample batches to run at the same time, each with a unique method. Commands are easy to understand and simple to program so HPLC procedures can be executed quickly and easily.
